I must show off the lovely icon that the_misha made for me. I love it.

Also, I finished the first draft of my Moccus story. It is currently at 2300 words. I figure it will be closer to 3000 words by the time I'm done with it. It's a twisted little story about children running a Wild Hunt.

Anne was the only one with a voice left to agree. Emma and Eric were weeping openly while Heather rubbed at her face and kept silent. "Yes. They were chosen. And they ran just like they were supposed to."

"Are they kidding?" Kathy whispered at Sharon. "Did your cat kill my ferret?"

"Shhh," Sharon admonished. "You'll miss it. Pay attention the children. This is important."
