Not only has there not be any snow where I am, all of the snow on the ground has melted.

I know I should be happy but I'm not.

Edit: It started to seriously hail at about 3:50pm. As my husband puts it, "It's cold, white and falling from the sky. It's almost snow." It's hailing heavy enough to cover roads, sidewalks and rooftops. And at 4:10pm, it seems to have shifted into snow.

I am severely disappointed with these "Winter Storm Watches" of the Pacific NW.

I like the fact that every time I go look at the "Hour by Hour" forecast, the snow keeps sliding to the left. First it was 7am. Then it was 8am before moving on to 9am, and so on.

Half my team is out of the office today.

We're thinking of playing hookie from work tomorrow, signaling we won't be in the office by sending an e-mail that says, "OMG!!! SNOW!!!!1!!1!"

We'll see how far that gets us tomorrow. ;)

Yeah, we just got the hail up here. Glad to here it's likely to become snow later.

I live in SKC and all we've got was a flurry about 7:00 PM.
