Ah, Insomnia, My Old Friend...

Let me just say that you suck as much as ever did. This is the third night of me looking at the clock at midnight and wondering why I'm not tired. Especially when I've been getting up at a decent hour and been getting exercise. Tonight, I will have an alcoholic drink in hopes that that will make me sleepy.... within the next two hours. So, nice to see you and don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

Ahh... The joys of going to bed just as everyone else in the house is getting up.

The interesting, anecdotal evidence is that the more I exercise the less sleep I need on a given day. It's really weird. If I'm exercising for a solid 40 minutes 5 days a wake, I find I do very well on 5 hours of sleep.

The idea, I believe she is talking about, is that if you exercise during the day, when you go to sleep it is supposed to be easier.
