My Personal New Year's Day

August 1st has been my own personal New Year's Day for me for years. New things happen to me on August 1st or in the month of August. Important and wonderful. So, I have celebrated this day as my own for a while now.

I'm taking this day to appreciate what I have:

  • A wonderful SO and partner.
  • An actual writing career.
  • A promise to myself that I've kept.
  • A secure home.
  • Good friends.
  • Good family who at least tolerate my "black sheep" ways.
  • A bright future.

    Happy Anniversary to me and thank you to everyone who have helped may it so.
