Two amazing things...

Last night, at the symphony, 99% of the people dressed up! Not a pair of shorts to be seen. Almost no jeans and lots of pretty dresses and slacks. I was amazed. Yay for Seattlelites dressing up! Carmina Burana was spectacular and really quite fun when you have the translations of the words as the singing happens. It certainly is a naughty piece.

This morning, I got to watch an awesome 10-15 thunderstorm over my house. I love my skylights! Thunderstorms are so rare and usually last only a minute or two. What a great way to start a Friday the 13th.
