The First Critique is in!

The first critique for Novel #1 is in and it is a decent one! There are a couple of good suggestions that I will probably incorporate but, overall, the reader liked it and this was one of the readers I was really unsure about.

"Overall, I'm not usually a fan of these kinds of novels. I went into it not expecting much, and figuring I would be able by that distance to look more objectively on the manuscript. Instead, almost despite myself, I was completely sucked in. On the one hand, I feel bad that I wasn't able to be more critical and offer sounder advice. On the other hand, I think it shows just how strong of a story this is."

'Completely sucked in.' These are the words that every author wants to hear.
