Volume 13: January 2007

Hello everyone!

The first issue of the second year of Edge of Propinquity has been published! The January issue brings the return of the Kendrick, Luminations and Vorare series, all written by Jennifer Brozek, Rick Silva and Ivan Ewert respectively. It also heralds in the first episode of the new Santa Maria series by James M. Sullivan and a new guest author story by JG Faherty.

As the New Year begins, new friends and enemies meet, new hope and darkness grow, new opportunities and dangers arise. The consequences of past actions are coming home to roost and even those who had nothing to do with those actions are swept along in the tide.

Kendrick - Beginnings & Endings by Jennifer Brozek AKA gaaneden
Karen meets with Corelli to find out what she wants in exchange for helping Sebastian. Then, an unexpected letter releases a torrent of emotion while, elsewhere, a new power is rising.

Luminations - Chechaquo by Rick Silva AKA shaharazad
Nancy Matteo has worked hard, hoping for the day when she could finally fulfill her dream of opening her own book store. Now fortune has smiled upon her. But when she lingers too long with her newfound treasure, a worsening storm threatens to destroy her dream while the forces of her nightmares begin to pick up her trail.

Santa Maria - Awakenings by James M. Sullivan AKA sylvan (NEW AUTHOR!)
Bree and Rodrigo were busy running around in their mundane lives never aware that some people around them know much more about the city they live in and about Bree and Rodrigo themselves. While their friends and associates deal with a decidedly not mundane experience, the two of them hit the dance floor and forever change their lives and the lives of those around them.

Vorare - Catching the Sunglight by Ivan Ewert AKA ivan23
Gordon Velander has returned from his journey of self-sacrifice, back to the starving world of rapacious mortality. Yet he has not returned alone...

Guest Author - The Monster Inside by JG Faherty
What is a man to do when he is consumed by a monster inside? Where can a man go to protect the world from himself? I am not insane but the monster inside me is and it is not what or who you think it is.

Have you ever looked over the edge and seen something looking back at you?
