I am being thwarted on all sides today and I don't like it.

I tried to go to the post office to pick up a package. I was also going to go to the bank and the grocery store. However, there is some sort of celebration/festival thing in that area that has effectively blocked off all three of these destination points from me. Grrr. I will try again later.

I decided to go to my new favorite coffee shop instead but found no parking at all because of all of the people going to the above festival thing down the street. Very frustrating because of the large parking lot. Double Grrr. I will try again later.

I came home and called the King County Animal shelter to find out if they were open and if I could come in to pick up my newest set of fosters. They weren't. Not until noon. Triple Grrrr. I think I do that tomorrow.

So, it looks like I'm going to focus on prepping my July Edge of Propinquity stories instead. Because, at least, that is something I can control.

I suppose it is better than being in peril, but, still. Grrrr.
