Spotted Dick Redux...

This morning, I looked at the spotted dick recipe and discovered that I really could not do it. I just did not have the means, time or all of the ingredients. But, I didn't want to disappoint my friends tonight and I really wanted it to be a traditional English dessert. What's a girl to do? I know, run to the British Pantry and see what they have.

Success!

Now, I have canned spotted dick and table cream. I was also recommended to a frozen sticky toffee pudding which I got.

I also got a cheese and onion patsy for me.

And some clotted cream toffees. Mmmm!

The British Pantry is so dangerous to my pocketbook!
