Zach just left, signed loan papers in hand. Not only will I save $400/month and pay off the special assessment, everything is all in one bill. No extra line of credit at a higher percentage rate. Just one single mortgage payment which I start paying on March 1st (With a month break - yay! More money for ready cash for me for DDC).

I swear, if anyone had told me on Tuesday morning that instead of me having to sell my beloved condo, I would have a brand new refinanced mortgage by Friday, I would have thought they were crazy. I am really lucky to have these guys on my side. I mean, really. My real estate guy turned down my listing and a guaranteed opportunity to make money (he would have started the condo listing at $305K) to do right by me and what I really wanted.
