Grumpy and in pain

My upper back is spasming today. I'm not sure why. It tied itself in knots yesterday for various reasons I've expounded upon before and don't need to again for now. My massage helped a lot. But, this morning, it's back in knots. Thank goodness for muscle relaxants and wonderful, wonderful vicodin. However, I still am in some pain and it is making me grumpy.

Probably unreasonably grumpy. For example, I got really irritated at the whole "Brangelina" thing. I hated the "Bennifer" thing. They are two different people, dammit. Not one entity because they are dating/screwing/married.

Also, I found out that the "ship already sailed" on the Dragonlance anthology my other editor was trying to get me invited to write for. He got dropped from it, too, because HIS editor wanted him focused on his novel. It's too damn bad for both of us. But, as he pointed out, there is always another anthology and M. Weis now knows my name. In the meantime, there will be the Dragonvarld RPG for me to work on in early 2006.
