1) Read at least one non-fiction book a month for interest or pleasure.
2) Read at least one (of the many) books on writing I own each month.
Today, I finally read The Elements of Style by William Strunk Jr. and E.B. White. What an excellent reference book for correcting many common writing mistakes. I really wish I had read this book sooner. Only 85 pages long, it packs a lot of good advice in clear, concise language in few words. Definitely a must have/read if you write on a regular basis.
