Wow. Is this mundane or what?

Either, I'm in nesting mode or "sick of mess" mode. Yesterday, I cleaned up all of the public rooms in the house. Today, I cleaned my bedroom within an inch of its life. Floors vacuumed, loads of laundry washed/ing, all suitcases(finally) unpacked then put away and everything else in its place. I have floor again. I have a room again. The only thing left is the damn hairball my cat decided to upchuck in there while I was vacuuming. I discovered, quite by accident, that if I leave the hairball there to dry for 1-2 days, not only does it just peel up from my carpet with no stain, I don't vomit while trying to clean it up.

In other mundane news, the bottom, deepest puncture of my cat bite is now infected. Hints on how to deal with this would be appreciated.
