Exercise in dealing with frustration

So, I have this neat new scanner/printer machine. About an hour ago, I thought to myself, "Oh, hey! I can scan in that rough map I made of Orris (from my fantasy series "The Thief's Mistake") for sothicus and mail him the image."

Of course, I put the paper in a safe place because of taking it to BayCon.

A very safe place.

Such a safe place that it isn't anywhere where I thought it would or should be.

I'm at the point of frustration where I have a choice:

1. Keep looking.

OR

2. Just redo the damn sketch, then scan it and fax it.

You know what? I don't want to do either. I want to stomp my foot and have it be here.

I know. Not gonna happen.

Guess I'll redo the sketch.

Later.

When I'm not in such a crappy mood.
