For various and sundry reasons, I didn't go to the Thursday movie night last night. Instead, I decided to be uber-productive and do all of those little chores that I've been putting off for too long. Stuff I really needed to do before the start of the Dare. I accomplished quite a lot actually.

  • I updated Jennifer Brozek, Eden Blackthorn and SFBAJ websites.
  • I finished and sent off a grant Letter of Recommendation for M'ris. That was interesting. I had never written such a letter before. I think it came out a little awkward but got the point across.
  • I emailed Mistress Abby, Bloodfetish, Fetish Fancy and Closet Desires IV about current and upcoming works of mine to be published.
  • I completed my final draft of Doll 4: The Hunt and sent it off.
  • I paid bills. Startlingly enough. I still have money in the check book. It probably won't last long.

  • Just as I was about to sign off and head to bed, I got a ping from hansandersen's younger brother, doublefeh, who proved to be just as amusing and charming as his older brother. I rather enjoyed our conversation and I was pleased to expand the youngling's "things to do before I die" list. (Yes, I can call you "youngling" Al... you -are- much younger than I. *grin*)

This morning on the way to work, I was treated to one of the most beautiful sunrises I have seen in a long time. There were swirls of gold and pink clouds interwoven with the darkened sky slowly flowing from black to blue. Words really can't express the awesome beauty of it all.

Finally, does anyone have the following MP3s?
"Sunny Came Home" - Shawn Colvin
"Where have all the cowboys gone?" - Paula Cole
