Well... it's not an Elder God...

So, we have a leak from the master bath into the family room. The leak was tiny. It looked like discolored eyes in the ceiling. Two weeks later, it was two potatoes getting friendly. Yesterday, Jeff tackled the problem.

The good news: It's not the pipes leaking.

The bad news: It's still leaking and at this point we think the old grout and calking is cracked and that's what the leak is.

The new calk has been added and will see tomorrow if the leak is fixed.

Not a great day to be a home owner. At least we don't have to worry about the landlord snapping over the hole in the family room ceiling.
