State of the Mena

We are zooming in on 50% done with the quarantine and I can tell you the entire house is ready for it to be 100% done. But, that's not gonna happen. All we can do is keep on keeping up with the clean room, bleaching everything, 2-4 loads of laundry a week, and meowy kitties on all sides of the door.

I usually see Mena 2-3 times during the day and Jeff, the hero, sees her every night for her pill (in a nummy pill pocket) and gushy food. He visits with her for a good long time.

But really, everyone seems very ready to see each other.

Just this afternoon, Mena made a break for the door and got within 2 feet of Isis--who didn't hiss. She just looked at Mena. I got the escaped kitten back in the bathroom and it was meows all around everywhere.

She is a cutie and a bundle of energy and seriously needs some feline rough and tumble companionship.

Two weeks, little one. Two weeks. I hope.
