Lovely holiday

Had a lovely holiday with the Husband. We have the holiday tradition of driving through empty places on big holidays. It's kind of our thing. We did that and then visited ocean... which I thought was a lake... which ended up with this conversation with the husband.

Staring at the lake, "This is big enough. This lake will do."

"That's not a lake, honey, it's the ocean; the Puget Sound."

"Well. That would explain it."

Then a lovely dinner and some popcorn TV and now, I'm back combing through the galleys of my novella for mistakes. It really has been the best day.
